Across the hall, you’ll find a cozy sitting room and a welcoming family room with a 50” TV and sleeper sofa, offering flexible space for relaxing or entertaining. A full bathroom with a tub completes the first floor.
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations—one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds—along with a full bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination, making this home ideal for families or groups.
Outside, enjoy the fresh Cape Cod air and be sure to take advantage of the new outdoor shower (new in 2024), perfect after a day at the beach. With driveway parking for up to four cars, coming and going is easy. Right down the street, experience the lively fishing fleet and beach at Rock Harbor, or take a short drive to explore the shops, restaurants, and attractions of downtown Orleans. Whether you’re watching the tides roll in, enjoying nearby beaches, or exploring the Lower Cape, this home has everything you need for a memorable Cape Cod getaway.

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Namskaket, a neighborhood in Orleans. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Cape Cod Beaches and Cape Cod National Seashore. Orleans Bowling Center and Cape Escape Adventure Golf are also worth visiting. Surfing/body boarding and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and cycling nearby.
