An enclosed outdoor shower is handy after fun-filled beach days. Walk just 3 minutes to the beach at Pleasant Bay. Or head to the beach at Jackknife Harbor (2 miles) to enjoy sailing, paddleboarding, kayaking, or clamming. Soak up the sun at Nauset Beach (5.7 miles) and take in beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. Downtown Orleans (3.8 miles) and Main Street in Chatham (4.5 miles) each boast an array of great restaurants, boutique shops, and entertainment options.

Unwind on the new sectional in the spacious living room while watching a movie on the smart TV with a Chromecast device. Relax and unwind on a sofa and two side chairs beside the gas fireplace. A large table with three chairs serves as a game table or a home office space. Release your inner chef in the gleaming kitchen, complete with modern upgrades and a full suite of stainless steel appliances -- including a roomy French-door fridge. Seven can gather at the breakfast table. The large table in the formal dining room seats eight. The primary bedroom has a king bed, two armchairs, and ample natural light. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin daybed, and a crib, while the third bedroom has two queen beds and an armchair. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A convenient half bath is located off the foyer. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and beach gear (including an inflatable standup paddleboard, an umbrella, and chairs).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
