THE SPACE

The large dining table doubles as a board room table. Prepare breakfast or a feast in our well equipped, modern, open kitchen with white quartz worktops/breakfast bar and Carrera marble backsplash. The penthouse is south facing with sunsets all year from the balcony and a glimpse of the lake and seasonal fireworks between the buildings. The den features a full-size desk and a seating area that converts to a comfortable bed for one. A full size washer and dryer in the unit means you can pack light and have room for outlet shopping!

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
