This room/office also features a twin size sofa/daybed. Just off the kitchen is the large cozy living room with two full size sofas and a massive 85 inch smart TV. Enjoy the extras! a bonus room with billiard table and steel tip dart board, and a sprawling, covered back patio with full size dining table and plenty of comfy seating to enjoy the mature trees swaying in the breeze and the many species of birds flying overhead. The patio stoop descends on the extended living space backyard with marble rock bed for the large, shaded outdoor sectional sofa and fireplace. The tall fence and extra tall privacy screens create a warm feeling of total peace, security and privacy, while retaining the ability to enjoy the live mature tree canopy surrounding the home. 5500 Queenswood has recently undergone a complete renovation including the updated open floor-plan, brand new appliances in the chef's kitchen, new bathroom sinks, faucets, shower/bath, toilets. Every single light switch, power outlet receptacle, and fan has been updated as well as a brand new washing machine in the large garage. To make your stay as close to home as possible, the space also includes a full range of kitchen utensils, snap lid glass storage, and electric kitchen devices (toaster oven, food processor, slow cooker, rice maker). The star of the kitchen show is the high end espresso machine and coffee grinder. You will find the pantry stocked with plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products. The rental agreement includes weekly landscaping service and monthly cleaning service. The historic neighborhood of Kingswood Manor was built in the heyday of Mid Century America and offers a massive, sprawling, lakeside community park with the following amenities: Olympic Size Swimming Pool! A boat ramp to Lake Weston; full court Basketball Court; two Tennis Courts; and a soft-floor playground. Gated keycard access to the KMA park is included with the rental.
