With its central location, this quiet residential condo is perfect for medium term vacationing families or working professionals. We have completely renovated the entire condo, including a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, quartz countertops, and grey laminate flooring. All kitchen essentials are also included.

Both bedrooms offer new queen size Spring Air foam mattresses, which are great for 2 people per bed-4 total guests. The Master offers an en-suite bathroom with shower, while the other bedroom has a hallway bathroom. The windows are double-pane for maximum noise reduction and temperature control. All bedrooms have blackout shades.

We do not allow pets, smoking of any kind, events, parties or overnight guests not on the reservation.

Located in Orange, this condo is near theme parks and near a water park. Segerstrom Center for the Arts and Medieval Times are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Anaheim GardenWalk and Downtown Disney® District.
