• Load and start the dishwasher
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• — check out procedures — 1.please leave the parking pass on the counter for the next guest. if you do not i will have to charge you $75 to replace it.
• 2.empty the coffee pot and clean all dishes before leaving(there is a dishwasher). they can be left drying on the counter or in the dishwasher. 3.put all trash in the dumpster at the road.
• 4.put ac on 75 and please close curtains over sliding glass door 5.check out time is 10 am, time to prepare for the next guests! 6.finally, please do not put the bed covers/bed spread with wet towels.
