Chair rentals are available during the late spring, summer & early fall on the beach. Parking passes must be purchased onsite for an additional cost.

**There are boat slip rentals for $50.00 per day that you can rent by getting in touch with the Bella Luna front desk property manager given there are any slips to rent. **Boat trailers are NOT allowed to park on Bella Luna properties. Guest must make their own accommodations for their personal boat trailers.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Bella Luna HOA policy prohibits rental to adults under the age of 25. You can purchase up to 2 parking passes from the front desk when you arrive, they are $50 each and subject to change anytime per HOA

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
