On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-Hauls, buses, and similar large vehicles are not permitted on the property.
Boat slips are not included with our units. However, if you are staying at Phoenix on the Bay or Lighthouse on the Bay, you may rent a slip for an additional fee.
Boat trailers are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee, and boats and jet skis are welcome.
Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.
Located in Orange Beach, this condo is on the waterfront. The Wharf and Tanger Outlet Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit The Park at OWA and Waterville USA.
