Phoenix East unit 303 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Gulf front Condo located on the 3rd floor. The unit has tile floors throughout and many other recent updates. Relax on the private balcony and take in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Pass. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom. The Phoenix East is a low density complex that features a large outdoor pool, indoor pool, and splash pad for the little ones. Other wonderful amenities include BBQ grill area with picnic tables, hot tubs, indoor racquetball, lighted tennis courts, sauna, exercise room, and a basketball court.
