Enjoy stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony, a Walk-in shower to welcome you home each evening, and a wealth of resort-style amenities that include an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna, a fitness center, and a grilling area. The home has all new and updated furniture, a new mattress in the master bedroom, a new queen sleeper sofa, as well as a new recliner, and chairs to relax in the family room. The kitchen has an updated, stainless refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave.
The beachfront Admirals Quarters sits right on the sand near the heart of Orange Beach, making it a wonderful retreat for swimmers, sunbathers, families, and all lovers of the Alabama Gulf Coast. You'll be just over a mile from beautiful Gulf State Park, two miles southwest of the Orange Beach Marina, and seven miles west of Perdido Key State Park - a known nesting spot for local sea turtles. The Wharf, with its many shops and sources of entertainment, is five miles northwest, and a number of great restaurants - such as Doc's Seafood, The Flora-Bama Lounge & Oyster Bar, and The Gulf - are within an easy drive.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Located in Orange Beach, this condo is near theme parks and on the beach. The Park at OWA is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Gulf State Park and Perdido Key Beach. Orange Beach Indian and Sea Museum and Adventure Island are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
