The condo has a view of the tennis court. Located in the center of the building on the east side of the 3rd floor of Sugar Beach Condominiums with approximately 616 sq ft. It's a perfect little getaway. The entire condo has been remodeled with wood-look flooring throughout, the kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances set in granite counter-tops. Both bathroom have all tiled showers and new granite vanities. The living room and the master have flat screen TVs with a queen size bed in master and a sofa sleeper in living room.
