There are 40" or larger flat screen smart TV's with Roku in each bedroom. High Speed Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi), a large outdoor area for picnics and BBQ's (complete with your own gas grill!), ample off-street parking and a convenient on-site laundry facility round out this centrally located offering.
This home features 3 separate apartments, all with their own kitchen, living space, bathroom and bedroom(s). The laundry room, backyard and patio areas are the only shared spaces. There is a separate BBQ grill and patio set for each unit.
I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in.
PLEASE NOTE: The Wilber Park community pool is approximately 1 mile from the house. There may be a fee for access.
There are taxis and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are scarce. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.

Located in Oneonta, this apartment is in a rural area.
