its a new villa building that has 5 rooms and with all 5 private bathrooms .
A spacious modern & traditional look furniture living room in the ground floor and small living room in the 1th floor with Three Bedrooms & Private Bathrooms in Each Room
Also, a traditional Omani living room on the 2nd floor with 2 Bedrooms with Private Bathrooms in each room
I provide Weekly, monthly and yearly basis rent which the price include Total Water , Electricity , WiFi and Maid Cleaning Services . ( I Dont Provide Short stays )
All of the Rooms that i offer are private bedrooms with private bathrooms.
Of course you can use the kitchen whenever you want to cook or to do a meal and coffee

Located on the beach, this villa is in Shati Al Qurum, a neighborhood in Muscat. Oman Natural History Museum and Oman Children’s Museum are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Muttrah Souq and Muscat Grand Mall. Marah Land and PDO Planetarium are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, kayaking, and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking nearby.
