This lovely 1600 square foot home has 3 bedrooms, 2 on the main level with queen memory foam mattress , and the 3rd is upstairs with a king size bed and 72 inch electric fireplace, there is an additional sitting area (also upstairs) with a twin bed ,roll out trundle bed, and a full size futon, in the living room there is a large screen television, with cable and comfy couches. A nice kitchen with most amenities to cook meals, a nice size dinning room, there is a bathroom on the main floor, and a primitive toilet, shower and sink in the unfinished basement, washer and dryer which are located in the basement as well. This home sleeps 12.
This home is located in the highly desirable Morton Meadows and just minutes from the UNMC Med Center, UNO, a few minutes (5-10) to the Henry Doorly Zoo, Creighton, Old Market, TD Ameritrade Park, Midtown Crossing, Union Pacific and the Blackstone District.
There are 2 grocery stores within walking distance, ( I recommend Hyvee) Star Bucks, and restaurants with in a few blocks.
There are 2 Security cameras outside. One on the Garage and on the porch.
If you live in the Omaha area you need to inquire before booking my home, if you do not I will cancel your reservation. There are NO PARTIES allowed at our home.
South Central Omaha, a neighborhood in Omaha, is home to this vacation home. Omaha Community Playhouse and Joslyn Art Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Memorial Park and First National Bank Tower. Traveling with kids?
