This 2200 sq. feet, 3 Bedroom family-focused, pet-friendly home is centrally located, being 10 minutes away from Henry Doorly Zoo, the Old Market, and minutes from Midtown.
Completely renovated (Summer 2023) modern and spacious home with large family room and dedicated games/play room - perfect for families and professionals alike! TVs are roku enabled, multiple wireless chargers throughout the house, and extra rooms to allow the family or extended family to spread out. Baby items such as a highchair, pack n play, and double stroller (sit/stand) are available for use.
Cover back yard patio for those to enjoy the sun set or the weather as the family grill master is cooking up the best steak that Omaha has to offer. During the early am hours wake up to fresh coffee beans ready for grinding or choose a simpler path of a K-Cup coffee as you wait for the rest of the family to wake, excited to start their adventure. Feel refreshed from a good night's sleep as all the mattresses within the home are brand new. No matter what you decide, the vacation/holiday of your choosing will come with most amenities thought about to make the trip easy. Bring your cold beverages and food and make memories for a lifetime.
Pets are welcome in a small, fenced back yard as we kept the home dog friendly, including dog blankets, indestructible bed, bowls and a small gate. We want to anticipate your needs as you travel to the home.
Sometimes work will get the best of us, and its easier to send off that email via your computer versus your cell phone. Rest assured, the home has a universal docking station and extra monitor, so you don't have to squint on your small laptop screen. Printing comes with its own set of security perimeters, so there is a FedEx close to the home, (within a 10-minute drive) if you need something printed off. Our goal is you get to enjoy the property and relax. Quiet family neighborhood in midtown Omaha, close to the following locations:
