This is a New Listing and our first on VRBO. This unique luxury home has a style all its own. Built in 1889 this Duplex style home has been totally renovated as a new smart home with all the pageantry of a 19th century home. This upscale 2000 square foot house features 3 bedrooms all with adjustable King beds. There is a Master Bedroom and a Master Suite, both with private decks. The House backs to Dahlman Park and wildlife frequents the back yard. There is a full kitchen, laundry, dining room, 3 TVs, on and off-street parking.

The space
Your share of the home includes everything listed and more. The Main-Floor Master and Upstairs Master both have large walk-in showers. The Upstairs Master Suite includes a living room. There is a guest room on the main floor, and a third full bathroom that includes a jetted tub. There is a small lounge in the basement. A portion of the basement is not accessible to renters. It is a separately rented unit. Renters do have access to the backyard. All rooms are decorated with unique style.

Guests have access to: Driveway parking, house laundry, house wifi, front and back yards, private decks and more. There is no access to the basement as the owner lives onsite

Other things to note
