This property at Everline Resort and Spa is a Fireplace Suite. What this means, is that the bedroom is separate from the living room/fireplace area. There is also a separate bathroom, and a separate kitchen area. The kitchen area includes a dining table.

True ski in-ski out access to world famous Palisades Ski Resort! This mountain home is in Everline Resort, a large resort nestled in the back of Olympic Valley. There are 11km of Nordic trails if you enjoy cross country skiing, or show shoeing. If you've never tried cross country skiing or snowshoeing, you can have fun learning!! There is also a private ice rink, and year-round heated swimming pools and hot tubs.
On the grounds of Everline Resort are four restaurants, shops, and numerous common areas available for you to explore.
For the downhill skiing enthusiasts, you walk out the door of the hotel (on the same floor as your room), and you are standing at the bottom of one of the lifts of Palisades Ski Resort! This is a world apart from getting in your car, driving in morning traffic, parking, walking through the parking lot in your ski boots, and then the village, to have access to the lifts. Powder mornings are a dream, since very few guests at Palisades are going to be starting the day at this lift, which is called Resort Chair!
Of course, this lift links you to all of the other ski lifts at the resort, and you have the option of skiing Resort Chair, or exploring the entire mountain.
For lunch break, you can come right back to your room, or enjoy the outdoor bar area at the base of the Resort Chair.
It’s extra exciting now that you can hop on the new Base-to-Base Gondola and ski Alpine Meadows Ski Resort in addition to—or instead of—skiing Palisades during your ski day!!
Of course, as your ski day concludes, you’ll want to make your way back to the Palisades side. Be sure to take the Base-to-Base Gondola back before the posted closing time; however, if you aren’t able to make it or simply just want to enjoy Alpine Meadows a little longer, do not worry! Many shuttles are offered throughout the day to ensure that you can get a ride back.

Note: Palisades ski resort frequently places the upper mountain on wind hold during high wind and blustery snow storms. They typically keep the lower mountain, including world famous KT-22, Red Dog, Resort Chair, Exhibition, and Wa She Shu open during storms. But I don't provide a guarantee of the snow conditions or lift operational status during your stay.

The Lake Tahoe region sees snowstorms in the winter that may impact travel. Closure of highways may mean that getting to your resort and spa may be difficult or impossible.
In the summer and fall, there may be wildfire smoke.
These are fairly frequent seasonal events, and there are no refunds for these natural weather patterns. (snowstorms or wildfires)
Trip insurance is advised, and may be purchased through VRBO as part of the booking process.

Located in Olympic Valley, this condo is in the mountains. Palisades Tahoe and Northstar California Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Donner Lake and Kings Beach State Recreation Area. Olympic Valley Park and Olympic Museum are also worth visiting.
