Welcome to your home away from home in historic Olympic Valley, just steps from The Village at Palisades Tahoe. This sunny ski-in/ski-out one bedroom condo offers an inviting place to land for your next mountain getaway with year-round amenities the whole family is sure to enjoy.
The condo itself accommodates up to four guests. The common space is bright and open, an ideal spot for some gatherings! Featuring a fully equipped kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, and with breakfast bar that seats two, guests have all the amenities to cook and savor their latest culinary creation.
Adjacent to the kitchen area, enjoy a comfortable dining area that seats four, and living room space with sofa, comfortable chair and footrest, flat screen TV for when you’re ready to kick back after a day exploring. The full bathroom provides separate entries to both the bedroom, and common space. The bedroom featuring a queen bed has a view of Palisades Tahoe Lodge swimming pool – a fun on-site amenity for all to enjoy when the weather warms!
If hitting the slopes, biking or hiking isn’t in the cards, there’s a large calendar of events at Palisades Tahoe with live music, festivals, and family-friendly events. This unique resort also boasts an Aerial Tram and the new Base-to-Base Gondola connecting Alpine Meadows and Palisades Tahoe.
Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless you reserved a condominium equipped with a portable Air Conditioning unit, your condominium DOES NOT have Air Conditioning.
Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking
**When Palisades Tahoe Resort is open with sufficient snow, Palisades Tahoe Lodge offers true Ski-in/Ski-out access to world-class terrain. Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.

Palisades Tahoe and Northstar California Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Donner Lake and Kings Beach State Recreation Area. Olympic Museum and Olympic Valley Park are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and skiing, and don't miss out on the snowmobiling.
