This is Home in Olympia WA is one block from our private beach!
This a recently remodeled, cozy 3 bedroom house is in a north Olympia neighborhood that has its own community private beach with picnic tables, gazebos, fire rings, and walking trails! The home sleeps 6 and has a fully equipped kitchen and 3 baths. All new tile, laminate and carpet flooring, new W/D, fridge, and interior paint! Like a new house
We love the south Puget Sound breezes in the summer keeping us cool and the salt water temperate climate in the winter. The house is a quick hop to the the state Capital (12 minutes), 24 miles to the beautiful Hood Canal, 50 miles to Mt Rainier National Park, the Olympic National forest and mountains, and 40 miles to Seattle. A great base to explore the south Sound region!

Located in Olympia, this vacation home is on the beach. Fort Lewis Museum and Governor's Mansion are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Stottle Winery Tasting Room and Regal Martin Village. Traveling with kids? Consider Billy Frank Jr. Nisqually National Wildlife Area, or check out an event or a game at Regional Athletic Complex. Sailing and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and mountain biking nearby.
