Your retreat includes a covered boat dock, a boat ramp for launching your boat or jet skis, and a charming deck along the river that is great for fishing. Spend fun-filled days on the water; it's only eight minutes by kayak to Hart Spring. Then head home to unwind in the hammock while the chef prepares a cookout on the grill (a gas grill, charcoal grill, and smoker are provided). End your vacation days with fireside chats around the wood-burning firepit.

Inside, wood floors, exposed beams, and rustic-chic decor create a lodge-like vibe. Wall-to-wall windows in the living area showcase views of the Suwannee River, and the sleek modern kitchen boasts a full suite of upscale stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the cozy reading nook offering great views from a picture window and a library full of books. Extra perks include a large collection of DVDs and board games.

When venturing out, Osceola Heritage Park and the center of Old Town are a short drive away. Check out Cedar Key with wonderful oceanfront dining. Cruise 45 minutes to Gainesville.

House Rules

The bunk room has a twin-over-full bunk bed. A twin air mattress is also provided.
There are only steps to access the home (no elevator).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
