Very quaint and charming New England year-round beach home in a private community with beautiful sunset views. NO PARTIES or GROUPS. This is a very tight-knit community and will only consider people that will treat this home as they would their own.
The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with an outdoor shower. Both bathrooms have been renovated bathrooms and fresh paint thought out the house. Also, there is a wonderful deck off the rear and outdoor firepit. Tesla Charger
Located in Old Saybrook, this vacation home is near the beach. General William Hart House and Connecticut Valley Railroad State Park Trail are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Katharine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center and Saybrook Country Barn. Kayaking, motor boating, and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking nearby.
