Within walking distance to shopping, dining, the Palace Playland amusement park and is just a few steps from the Old Orchard Beach Pier.

This condo has a fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker, slow cooker, toaster, blender, and lobster pot. In-unit laundry. This home sleeps a maximum of 6 with a pull-out sofa in the living room. Central A/C and heat. All linens and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels, though!

The building features an indoor pool, sauna and workout room. Accommodations for two cars; one on-site and one off-site parking spot is provided. (Off-site is about 1/4 mile away-within walking distance)

Come park your car, relax on the beach by day and enjoy nights out with live music nightly and fireworks every Thursday night during the summer!

If you'd like to venture out beyond Old Orchard Beach, The Maine Mall in South Portland is a quick 20 minute drive away. Rainy day outlet shopping is a 40 minute drive away in either Freeport or Kittery. Portland offers much to see and do, from lighthouse tours to island ferries and so many unique eateries..there's something for everyone!
Located in Old Orchard Beach, this condo is in the city center and on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Old Orchard Beach and Saco River, while Thompson's Point and State Theatre are cultural highlights. Check out an event or a game at Cross Insurance Arena, and consider making time for Funtown Splashtown USA, a top attraction not to be missed.
