The house is about 200 feet from a quiet and private section of Old Orchard Beach (Grand/Pine Point). You can walk or bike to everything in the area including; Palace Playland Amusement Park and Arcade, Pirates Cove Mini Golf, the Old Orchard Beach Pier, restaurants, or stores. We are close to everything, but in a quieter residential area, away from the motels. A Drive In Theatre, 2 excellent Water Parks, Driving Range and Golf courses are within 3-5 miles. There is Outlet Shopping to the South in Kittery and North in Freeport. We have beautiful sight seeing routes to view rocky ocean vistas and Lighthouses South of our house in Biddeford Pool (Wood Island Light) and North in Cape Elizabeth (Two Lights State Park and the Portland HeadLight). The Old Port area of Portland is a great area to visit and possibly catch a ferry to the Casco Bay Islands. There is so much to do and not enough time to do it! Or you can lie down on the softest white powder beach you've ever seen.
Located in Old Orchard Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Old Orchard Beach and Higgins Beach, while Thompson's Point and State Theatre are cultural highlights. Check out an event or a game at Cross Insurance Arena, and consider making time for Funtown Splashtown USA, a top attraction not to be missed. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and ecotours nearby.
