Located on highly desirable Central Park Avenue in Old Orchard Beach, this historic, quaint two bedroom cottage is located exactly where you want to be. In less than a 5 minute walk you will be on the beautiful sandy beach relaxing in the sun. About a 10 minute walk down First street and West Grand Avenue is the town’s downtown area. It is the home of Palace Playland, Maine’s only beach front amusement park. From there you will have access to the famous Old Orchard Beach Pier, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. You will have no shortage of summer time fun. Spend your days playing in the sun and surf! Come home and relax on the front porch before heading out for a round of mini-golf and dinner. The cottage has AC, WiFi, flatscreen cable TV and a sleep sofa. You and your guests will relax in comfort while being surrounded by the best that Old Orchard Beach has to offer. We’ll supply the linens, and you supply the fun. Small pets are welcome.
Located in Old Orchard Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. State Theatre and Portland Head Light are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Old Orchard Beach and Saco River. Check out an event or a game at Cross Insurance Arena, and consider making time for Funtown Splashtown USA, a top attraction not to be missed. Jet skiing and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking/biking trails nearby.
