This Old Orchard Beach home is a great place to stage a fun-filled family vacation! You'll love the home's bright and roomy interior while you stream your favorite movies and shows. The full kitchen has plenty of storage and counter space, plus all the small and major appliances the family chef will need to prepare a delightful home-cooked meal for everyone to enjoy. Of course, cooking out on the private gas grill is always an option. The kids can hang out on the bar area's two stools and your dinner guests will appreciate the dining table with seating for eight. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
