Beautiful 1960’s modern style home at the edges of the Long Island Sound and the Connecticut River. It is a 5 Bedroom, 5.5 bathroom house. The kitchen was fully renovated in late 2016. The house is primarily exposed wood with a brick fireplace in the center of the living room. There are also two separate patios with seating areas including a charcoal grill. The house is full of equipment for yard games such as volleyball, croquet, horseshoes, badminton and bocce ball among others.
Old Lyme is home to this vacation home. Florence Griswold Museum and Connecticut Valley Railroad State Park Trail are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Hammonasset Beach State Park and Ocean Beach Park. Saybrook Country Barn and Katharine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center are also worth visiting.
