The main house has two bedrooms that comfortably accommodate up to four guests, each with a fully renovated en-suite bathroom. An adjacent guesthouse with two bedrooms is available on demand, for an additional fee. The guest house is more rustic and does not have central AC.
You have a choice of two newly renovated kitchens to prepare local seafood and native summer produce, or enjoy the freshly renovated main deck, perfect for sunset barbecues, morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or launching your kayak.

It is within easy distance of Long Island Sound beaches, Mystic, Stonington, Yale, the US Coast Guard Academy, Connecticut College, Wesleyan, Chester, and ferries to Block Island and Long Island.
Amtrak and Shoreline East trains from New York and Boston stop at Old Saybrook, a ten-minute drive, and Hartford airport is forty minutes by car.
