Cozy beach house within popular Point O' Woods beach association that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.
Point O' Woods is a lovely, gated beach community in Old Lyme, CT. It features tennis courts, a basketball court, playground, boat marina and a private beach which are all within a 5-minute walk from the house.
The house includes an enclosed front porch, large deck (built in 2021) with gas grill and dining area, outdoor shower and a private backyard with firepit which all provide plenty of space to spread out for the entire family. We also have a washer & dryer, fresh linens and plenty of beach equipment.
The house offers enough parking for 4 cars with additional parking available down by the marina (5 minute walk). It's a perfect community for walking, running and biking.
Located in Old Lyme, this vacation home is near the beach. Florence Griswold Museum and Essex Steam Train are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Ocean Beach Park and The Book Barn. Childrens Museum of Southeastern Connecticut and Tumbleweeds are also worth visiting. With kayaking, motor boating, and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
