Quiet & peaceful.

No more than 2 vehicles only in space marked Cottage. Also room for your boat in your own boat slip out the back door.

There are two stand lone spaces available on this property. Cottage parking and entrance is on the left as you face the building from the driveway marked “Cottage”.
Other unit is on the right and marked “Cabin”.
The only shared space is washer/dryer and the fish cleaning house.

1. For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies:

- Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
- A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.

2. If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking

3. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

4. No parties or events allowed

5. Pets allowed. We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few
additional rules:
● We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy
● No more than TWO (2) animals, no larger than 40 pounds
● Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets
● Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated

6. Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information

7. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible

8. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)
9. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $250 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed

10. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund

11. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them

12. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos
•Dishes should be cleaned and put away—no dirty dishes left in the sink.
•All garbage must be disposed of in the outdoor trash cans provided.

13. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera

14. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week

15. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs

16. If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation. Thank you for understanding
