Fully fenced property pet friendly w solar, fruit trees, pine grove, home office, laundry machines, Bbq, 2 terraces, and 2 private patios, fenced park like yard, beaches nearby, and close hiking at the Ventura river preserve. Gorgeous new hard surfaces throughout the entire house stays cool and clean. A very special open floor plan w lots of windows and sliders and patios to bring nature into the house and creates a fun environment for any occasion. Come enjoy this Eco friendly solar electric house w style, organic gardens, orchard and drought tolerant botanical experience. If you want hip clean modern digs in Ojai, look no further. I recently updated all of the furnishings. Board games and kitchen w oils, condiments, dishes, pots and pans, and coffee maker etc. Plenty of giant spruce trees nice and shady. The lot is sunny with mountain views and also has shade from the trees w a cool breeze comes up from the ocean. You and your friends or family will have a blast here. Rooms have blackout window treatments allowing for maximum sleeping comfort. Lots of vintage touches throughout the property. All rooms have their own mini splits AC and heating so each guest can adjust to their comfort. Master has a couch and ensuite custom bath w soaking tub for 2. There are 2 couches in the living room. Please respect the property so it is nice for future guests. Great picnic tables and custom made patio furniture. Terraces and patios circle the house with vintage and new furnishings 60 inch and a 42 inch TV.. The hot tub is a 2 person custom tub located in the master bathroom as seen in the photos. No chlorine fresh water every time. I also have Sauna that needs an appointment to use. I can set up bike rentals, massage therapists, yoga therapists, and or private chef. Trolly pics up on the corner ever 45 minutes. Great for wine tasting or choosing not to drive after drinking. Just hop on the trolley and it will bring you home. Let me know if you need any recommendations for restaurants etc. If you like midcentury modern homes then you will love this well appointed furnished designer home. Close to Ventura, Montecito, and Santa Barbara.
