Welcome to our beautifully restored early-1900s carriage house studio, located on Shore Road in Ogunquit — just steps from iconic Perkins Cove, with its boutique shops, art galleries, cafés, and waterfront restaurants.

The studio offers a comfortable sleeping area and a bathroom, along with a small kitchen area equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker — perfect for easy meals and relaxed mornings.

Once you arrive, you can park your car and enjoy Ogunquit on foot, or hop on the nearby trolley to explore a bit farther.
