Conveniently located in the heart of Ogunquit Village. Walking distance to beautiful Ogunquit Beach, The Marginal Way, Perkins Cove, shops, restaurants and nightlife. This charming, bright studio is located under the main house and has full size windows, open bedroom with full size bed, a full size sleep sofa and an updated bathroom with shower. Amenities include: refrigerator, 4 burner stove, microwave & coffee maker. Great family location with a playground located across the street (playground will likely not be available for 2025 season as it is being updated) and trolley stop just steps away.

The studio has been freshly painted, has new tile in entry/kitchen area along with new carpeting. Due to low ceilings, unit is not suitable for anyone 6 feet 2 inches or taller. This is a non- smoking unit and is strictly enforced.

Sheets and towels provided for reservations made after June 6, 2025.

The main house is also available for rent. (See VRBO Listing #941258). In addition, the back upper/lower units are also available for rent. (See VRBO Listing #948989 and #949635).

Located in Ogunquit, this apartment is in the city center and near the beach. Shoppers can check out Kittery Premium Outlets, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Marginal Way and Ogunquit Beach. Wonder Mountain Fun Park and Center For Wildlife are also worth visiting.
