Charming four bedroom house, circa 1920, tucked away on a remarkably quiet, private lane. This house is secluded yet just a five minute walk to scenic Perkins Cove. Sleeps eight, with two full baths. There are four bedrooms on the second floor, and a full bath on the first floor and second floor.
This beautiful house has been newly renovated. Refinished floors and windows now accent the beautiful architecture. New kitchen and refinished bathrooms feel comfortable but there is still a sense of the history that is rich in this house.
All floors are original, beautiful hardwood, downstairs and upstairs. Large formal dining table, seating 8. There is a covered porch with ample space for grilling (gas grill included) and outdoor entertainment. Plenty of space for parking up to four cars. There is a washer and dryer, and heat to take the chill off those chilly nights.

Kitchen- electric range, stainless steel french door refrigerator, large stainless steel sink, newly redone wood floors
Dining Room- with large table that seats eight, baby high chair available upon request, large fireplace (non-functional), games located in the sideboard
Living Room- large sectional down-filled couch, smart TV, another large fireplace (non-functional at this time)
downstairs bathroom- stand up shower, toilet and sink
Second floor:
bedroom one- two twin beds, games and books for small kids, two dressers, three large windows, window AC in the summer
bedroom two- one queen bed, a very comfortable leather recliner, a dresser, three large windows and window AC unit in the summer
bedroom three- king bed, one reading chair, pack-n-play stored in the closet and available if needed, dresser, three large windows and an AC unit in the summer
bedroom 4- two twin beds, one reading chair, dresser, three large windows with an AC unit in the summer
upstairs bathroom- clawfoot tub with a shower, toilet and original sink.

-the pond out back offers a place to enjoy the peace and quiet
- it is an easy 5 minute walk to Perkins Cove and from there, the Marginal Way and the center of Ogunquit.
- People who stay here love the close proximity to Ogunquit and yet the quiet seclusion of the property.
My husband and I live on the property with our two young kids. We love being able to host people in this fifth generation family home.
Ogunquit is home to this vacation home. Nubble Lighthouse is a notable landmark, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Marginal Way and Perkins Cove. Wonder Mountain Fun Park and York's Wild Kingdom are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as motor boating.
