Vacation less than a mile to the famed Ogunquit Village and to the sandy beaches of Ogunquit. Tucked in a neighborhood just off the main roads, this home offers a perfect place to relax in privacy and enjoy each other’s company.
This stunning custom built home is located at the end of a private road, just outside of the lively Ogunquit Village. Greeted by a sprawling farmers porch, this 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home is highlighted by cathedral ceilings, beautiful hardwood flooring and fine finishes. The design and floorplan is both modern and comfortable and offers many wonderful spaces for relaxing as well as group gatherings.
The first level of the home features a stunning eat-in gourmet kitchen with a center island and high-end appliances, a dining room with large windows that flood the space with natural light, a great room with a TV and grand stone fireplace. The primary suite is just off the great room and features a spacious private en-suite bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower. A half bath and laundry room are located just off the kitchen and dining area. Completing the first level is the sunroom - a wonderful place to relax and unwind while listening to the babbling pond water feature and further accesses the rear deck with a seating area and a hot tub.
The second level hosts two additional bedrooms which share a full bath, an office area, a loft style living room, and a private suite. The private suite is a large space with a living room and TV, a queen bed, two twin beds, a full bath, and a private entrance. The yard boasts beautiful landscaping with a pond feature, custom stone pathways, a gas grill, fire pit, and a grassy yard lovely for lawn games or to simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the peaceful surrounding.
Surrounded by trees, yet only minutes from the vibrant Ogunquit Village and the famed Ogunquit Beach, this home is an ideal place for a relaxing getaway! Additionally, the home includes central A/C, WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, bed linens, and bath towels. Bring your own beach towels, please!
