Spacious one floor, 1,600 square foot ranch home consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, eat in kitchen, large open family room and dining area. Relax in the spacious sun filled fully enclosed porch, which opens to a large deck complete with new gas grill. Enjoy some outdoor activities with your family in the level, expansive yard. Home equipped with central air conditioning, wifi, cable, dvd player, stereo, washer and dryer, deck furniture, beach chairs and lawn games. Leave you car(s) parked at the house, and walk as property is in very close proximity to the town center (4/10th of a mile), and Ogunquit main beach (6/10th of a mile). Short stroll to Ogunquit Playhouse, Perkins Cove, Marginal Way and the great restaurants and shops in the beautiful place by the sea, as Ogunquit is affectionately known. Property has undergone a full renovation, Jenn-Air appliances, granite countertops, tile flooring, and updated bathrooms. In the summer months we rent Saturday to Saturday. For your safety, exterior security cameras are located at the front door (Ring doorbell) and on the back deck near the back door. No cameras face or monitor indoor spaces.
