Tucked away on a private road just moments from Perkins Cove, this historic Ogunquit cottage invites you to slow down, unplug, and experience coastal Maine the way it was meant to be. Built in 1920 by the owner’s great-great-grandfather, the cottage has retained its original charm and craftsmanship while offering the comforts of modern living.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel transported to a simpler time. Exposed beams, beadboard walls, original hardwood floors, and handcrafted woodwork tell the story of summers past—details rarely found in homes today.

Step outside to the large wraparound porch, where you can relax, dine, or enjoy your morning coffee while taking in views of Perkins Cove and the Atlantic Ocean. The porch is a guest favorite and a perfect spot to unwind at any time of day.
