Tucked around the corner on a private road but literally steps to Perkins Cove and The Marginal Way. Walk to the beach or jump on the trolley which is 75 steps away from your front door. This two-bedroom, two full-bath home has updated bathrooms, an updated kitchen, the furniture you want to curl up on, stainless steel appliances, a new front load washer & dryer, and more.
