This newly furnished basement vacation rental has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with your own private entrance. 2 parking spaces in driveway. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, 32" Smart Tv, and Netflix. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, 32" Smart tv, and Netflix. Enjoy watching the Smart 55" 4K Television with Dish Satellite and Netflix by an electronic fireplace. All windows covered with plantation shutters. The living room has 2 comfy couches and a reading chair. Free WIFI!!!!!! Full sized totally furnished kitchen and appliances (fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toaster), granite counter tops, and slate flooring in the kitchen. Washer & Dryer with laundry detergents and dryer sheets provided. Kitchen table with 4 chairs. Fresh linens and fluffy clean towels will be provided. Also, Hair Dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash also provided for your convenience. This location is 20 minutes from world class skiing, hiking, and mountain biking. 30 minutes to Pineview Dam. 15 Minutes to downtown Ogden with many local restaurants and attractions. The Junction has an I-Fly and Flowrider in downtown Ogden. 40 Minutes to the Salt Lake City Airport. 35 Minutes to Downtown Salt Lake City. Only an hour drive to Park City! 5 Minutes to Weber State Univeristy. Minutes away from Starbucks and many restaurants.

Guests have access to the entire basement vacation rental. Weather permitting:

Guest interaction will be minimal. Owner lives on the main floor and will be available if you have any questions or need any recommendations on places to eat or things to do.

Neighborhood overview

Quiet and extremely secluded and safe area. Wild life can be seen often deer, quails, fox, squirrels, lots of bird variety and a couple of times turkey vultures!

Getting around

Best way to get around this area is with your own vehicle. Front Runner rail line is 15 minutes from the house.

Other things to note

We live on main floor and we'll be around most of the time. We're happy to answer questions and share some of our favorite place. It's very private and secluded. There is a set of rock stairs to access the vacation rental.
