This gorgeous 2 bedroom home has been newly renovated and recently updated with modern furniture and exceptionally comfortable beds. The 1000 sqft home on the ground floor is professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays

Our home is fully fenced in for privacy and security, both front yard and back yard. Perfect for business travelers, remote workers, and vacations!

The home includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a long driveway for multiple cars, a living room, a dining room and professional kitchen, and a large back patio and backyard with BBQ grill. The home has lots of storage space, is well stocked for your family, and has all the amenities you will need to make this home for your trip.

The home is equipped with brand new central heating and air conditioning, super high speed 1000 Mbps high speed internet access, and Netflix included. Nespresso coffee maker, drip coffee machine, and electric water kettle available for tea and hot drinks.

BEDROOMS:
This home includes 2 spacious and quiet bedrooms.
☆Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom is on the ground floor, with a large walk-in closet and en-suite fully renovated bathroom. The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized memory foam mattress bed.
☆☆Bedroom 2 – The second bedroom is spacious and has two large windows over-looking the mountains and the front yard, with an antique Singer sewing machine. The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized memory foam mattress bed.

BATHROOMS:
This house has 2 full bathrooms, each with plenty of storage, excellent water pressure, and comfortable amenities and toiletries.
☆Bathroom 1 - This newly-renovated bathroom is en-suite to the master bedroom, with a spa-like extra-large tub/shower and modern touches.
☆Bathroom 2 - This newly renovated bathroom is towards the rear of the home, is extra-large with a spa-like bathtub and stand-in shower.

LIVING ROOM:

☆☆ Genuine leather ultra comfy sofa, and two accent chairs.
☆☆ 48 inch Smart TV connected to Roku and Netflix already logged in.
☆☆ This space can be converted into a makeshift sleep space with our queen sized air mattress.

☆☆ This space also doubles as a small dining room, with a dining table for 4 that can extend to seat 6.

☆☆ The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a meal or take a short stroll to one of the local restaurants in the historic part of the town.

Other things to note
Check-Out Instructions:
• Thank you for staying at our home! With that said, please keep in mind that this is our personal home and not a hotel. Generally speaking, we simply ask that you leave the home in the condition in which you arrived. Thank you in advance!
• Ensure all used dishes, cups, pots/pans and utensils are washed. You can lay them out to dry on one of the kitchen dish towels.
• Please close all windows until securely latched and blinds and curtains are closed
• Ensure all appliances, stove, lights, TV, faucets, and A/C or heater are shut off.
• Ensure that the patio grill is covered and turned off, and the propane tank valve is in the shut-off position (clock-wise).
• Please remove all food from the home with you or into garbage.
• Please take all trash to the trash bin on the side of the driveway
• Ensure the back door top and bottom locks are locked. Same with the side door to the ground floor.
• Don’t forget your belongings! Double check that you haven’t forgotten anything in the showers, bathrooms, closets, and fridge.
• Close the front door and engage the lock via the smart lock keypad.
