The living room has a queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress, a chair, and a recliner. The kitchen has been updated with Corian countertops and stainless appliances, and is equipped with dishes, new cookware, serving pieces and utensils.

The bedroom has an Eastern King bed, with extra blankets, luggage racks, and there is a gorgeous updated bathroom with Corian counters and glass tile backsplash. There are ceiling fans in all rooms as well as extra tower and pedestal fans in the closets.

You'll find two Smart TV's, cable television, and Cox wireless internet, all provided free for your convenience and entertainment. One reserved parking space in the underground garage comes with this condo.

When you're ready to hit the beach, there are beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler.
