This beautiful complex offers a luxurious, relaxing getaway just steps from the beach. With newly renovated rooms and gorgeous views of the ocean, there is something for every guest here. The distinctive beauty and charm of this property set it apart from the rest.
Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances are on display in the upgraded kitchen. All furniture is brand new and modern inspired. There is beautiful laminate flooring throughout the house for a nice sleek, clean feel. Each room has high-end ceiling fans which will provide comfort during the summer months. There is a cable TV in the bedroom and the living room. A shared courtyard features a shaded space to sit and enjoy your surroundings. There is a shared laundry center with front-loaded washers/dryers as well as a grill and picnic area with ocean views.
Located within walking distance of the train station for easy access to a commute to San Diego.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
