Upstairs living space includes 2 master bedrooms (King & Queen) and a fold out bed in the living room. The large rooftop deck has stunning dune views with ample seating, a gas fire pit and cornhole. The second story deck has a BBQ, seating area and a fire pit. Family friendly & fully stocked! Come and stay awhile at our home!

Welcome to our charming beach bungalow, just a 5-minute drive from the Oceano Dunes! This 1200 sq ft home offers an airy and open living space, all located upstairs. The home features two master bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Each bedroom has its own attached en-suite full bathroom with a shower. The living room includes a full fold-out bed, perfect to sleep 6.

Enjoy stunning views of the dunes from the expansive rooftop deck, which spans the entire roof. The deck is equipped with cornhole, ample seating, and a gas fire pit, making it an ideal spot to relax and unwind. The second-story deck also offers more seating, a secondary fire pit, and a BBQ for your grilling needs.

Our home is family-friendly, featuring a gate on the stairs, a high chair, and a portable pac n play (please bring your own linens for the pac n play; all other linens are provided). We only have a baby gate for the inside stairs. There is no baby gate for the rooftop deck.

The fully stocked kitchen includes basic cooking spices and all the essentials you need for meal preparation.

As our valued guest, you have access to the whole home except for the garage. The garage has been converted to secondary living for the owners. They do not live on site full time. There are no shared spaces besides the driveways.

Guest that is booking must be at least 25 years old.
No EV Charging allowed. Guest will be asked to cover the extra charges if an EV vehicle is charged during their stay.
Additional cleaning that is above the normal wear and tear is a $150 fee.
Late checkout without prior approval is $150 fee.
Smoking on the premises is a $250 fee.
Our home has a max amount of 6 guest. To ensure comfort and safety, we kindly ask that no more than 6 people occupy the premises at any given time unless prior approval is received. This includes those spending the night and also those enjoying the home during the day. If you are hoping to have more than 6 people in the home, please obtain approval before you book your stay. We have an extra fee of $100 per person per day for any visitors over the 6th guest.

Located in Oceano, this vacation home is by the sea. Pismo Beach Pier and Avila Hot Springs are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Avila Beach and Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area. A Sweet Shoppe Named Desire and Bittercreek Western Railroad are also worth visiting.
