INTRODUCTION
The first floor features an open concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and seating at the large center island for chatting while making family meals or enjoying a cup of coffee while the kids watch their morning cartoons. Flowing naturally into the combination dining and living room area, you'll enjoy the comfortable lounging area in front of the TV and gas fireplace. Situated off the family room is the first of two primary suites in the home, with access to the screened-in porch. The first floor also includes two guest bedrooms, a full bathroom (with a wheelchair accessible 36" doorway), and a powder room.

Upstairs there is another primary suite, and two more guest bedrooms that are connected with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The large bonus room, which is setup as an additional sleeping area with built-in bunk beds, features a foosball table, a combination table tennis/pool table, and a large sectional sofa with a TV - the kids are going to love this spot!

The covered front porch, screened-in back porch, and sundeck provide ample gathering space outside, as well. Enjoy the gas grill as you barbecue some burgers among the serenity of the peaceful, wooded backyard.

While some TVs have built-in streaming services that do not require a plug-in device, we cannot guarantee this feature on all televisions and therefore we recommend if streaming content is important to you, that you bring your own streaming devices/sticks to be safe.

Amenity Passes are required for use of the community amenities. You will be provided a link prior to arrival to purchase your passes online directly from the Bear Trap HOA. 2025 Passes are $65 per person, per week during the peak season (Friday before Memorial Day thru Labor Day); passes for the peak season are available only in 7-day increments. Off-season passes are $45 per person, per week or $35 per person for a 3-day pass; daily passes are not available. Children age 3 and under are free. There are no refunds of any kind for passes purchased.

DELAWARE SHORT-TERM RENTAL TAX
Delaware has imposed a short-term rental lodging tax at the rate of 4.5% of the rent upon every occupancy of a short-term rental within the State. This new tax went into effect on January 1, 2025. The tax applies to all short-term rentals in Delaware, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo.

MISCELLANEOUS
Win-Le Vacation Rentals provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; 20 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths; and 4 bathmats. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

Win-Le also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) reusable/disposable dish cloth, (2) dishwasher pods, (2) laundry pods, (1) 2-in-1 travel size shampoo/conditioner, (1) mini bar soap, (2) 13gal kitchen trash bags, (2) 4gal bathroom/wastebasket trash bags, (1) tube travel size toothpaste, (1) travel size hand lotion, and (1) travel size hand sanitizer. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.

Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not charge guests for housekeeping. The owner of your rental property pays to have it cleaned before and after your arrival. Prompt departure at the end of your stay is vital in the scheduling of these cleanings.

The maximum occupancy is 20 people.

Parking is permitted in the driveway and garage only. No street parking allowed.

No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

You will receive your digital arrival packet via email 5 days prior to arrival. This email will contain important information like your door code and community rules. It is your responsibility to notify Win-Le Vacation Rentals if you have not received your door code prior to your arrival. A hard copy of the arrival packet, and other important information, will be provided inside the home during your stay.

Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from Win-Le Vacation Rentals is considered unlawful trespassing. We do not offer the ability to pay for early check-in or late check-out. Win-Le Vacation Rentals will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
