The cul-de-sac/wooded home site is the largest in the community, roughly 3 times the size of the typical site!

You will be greeted by a leaded glass front door with custom sidelights and transom that hints at the elegance beyond. As you enter, you will see the wide hallway leads you past a queen bedroom, private office with queen sleeper sofa, cozy den, a full bath and towards the main living area or the Great room. The Great room is a living room/dining room/kitchen combination and features a dramatic vaulted ceiling, gorgeous custom windows, and a fireplace surrounded by built-in cabinetry and lighted display shelving.
The kitchen is a gourmet's dream. The professional 6-burner plus grill, double-oven range with full hood is the 'Wow factor' in this room. A side-by-side custom paneled refrigerator/freezer blends into the wood cabinetry. A dishwasher, built-in convection/microwave, disposal and under cabinet water filtration system complete the kitchen appliance package. All of this is surrounded by leaded-glass front cabinetry, granite countertops and layered lighting. A separate breakfast room with additional cabinetry adjoins the kitchen and is a lovely and peaceful place to start your day.

Step through either of the Great Room sliding doors to an enormous screened porch, open deck, outside shower, and large back yard.

There is a huge game room, home theatre, two very spacious suites, two additional bedrooms with Jack & Jill Bath, a little trundle bedroom and the entrance to an enormous second floor deck, all off of the walkway. The recreation room is lined with floor to ceiling windows that take in panoramic golf course views and features a granite topped wet bar with a mini-fridge and built-in microwave/convection oven.

FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvas bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.
You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and placing outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you have completed your reservation.

2025 Amenity Pass Rates
7-Day In-Season Pass: $65.00 (Valid from the Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day)
7-Day Off-Season Pass: $45.00
3-Day Off-Season Pass: $35.00

​​​Each person four (4) years of age or older must have an Amentiy Pass to access the community amenities.
Children 3 years old or younger must be accompanied by an adult with a valid amenity pass to access amenities.
You are not required to purchase any passes if you do not plan to use the community amenities.
Amenities passes can be purchased on-line prior to your arrival. Additional information on how to purchase your community amenities passes will be included in your "Welcome to the Bear Trap Dunes Community" Email which you will receive 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

You will receive a "Welcome to the Bear Trap Dunes Community" Email 14 Days prior to your Arrival Date. The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Bear Trap Dunes Community. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Parking
Rental Guest shall limit vehicle parking to one (1) motor vehicle parking space (not to include a recreational or oversized vehicle) for each bedroom as shown in the property assessment records of the Town with all off street parking available to the rental property utilized first. jjjAt Bear Trap Dunes, in addition to parking available at the home, there are also additional parking locations available (including the large parking lot next to the Bear Trap Dunes Pavilion) which do not have assigned parking spots and are available for Rental Guests to use.

Bethany Beach
Bear Trap Dunes is located just 3 miles to Bethany Beach. Take the Bear Trap Dunes beach shuttle which runs from the resort to Bethany Beach and back, from morning to early evening, 7 days per week from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.

Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

Lease Agreement
Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy can also be found on our Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.

COVID-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.

We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting. House Rules:
* The minimum age of the lead renter must be 25 years old. They must sleep over every night and take legal responsibility for the actions of everyone in the group.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Property.
* Pets are strictly prohibited in and around the property. (Unless otherwise specified)
* The property has a stated maximum overnight occupancy restriction including children. Rental Guest agrees not to exceed the stated maximum overnight occupancy.
* Absolutely No Senior Week, Student Celebrations, or Loud Parties.
Rental Guest agrees that breaking any of these five (5) rules is a violation of their agreement and can result in eviction from the premises with forfeiture of all monies paid.
