Boat trailers must be stored off site. Please provide boat insurance. Must follow all Community and HOA rules. Violations subject to fine. Feel free to bring your paddle board, kayak and fishing pole.
Note: The garage is not available for storage. Back patio is available to store paddle boards. Covered area in front of garage for bikes.
Owner/Manager access: Call, text or email with any concerns. No smoking please. Bed Linen service is provided with your stay. Please bring your own bath towels. All paper products and cleaning detergents will be provided.
