This completely renovated home comes fully furnished to offer the best of indoor and outdoor living, in the peaceful community of Country Village. Relax and enjoy outdoor entertainment on the partially covered deck equipped with a TV. In the afternooons, whip up some burgers or barbecue on the gas grill.
Inside you’ll find an updated kitchen with a five-burner stove, a wet bar, and a living room with a large smart TV. Occupying the entire second floor, the primary bedroom suite is complete with seating areas to find quiet time for summer reading, a smart TV, and a full en suite bath.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The tub in the second-floor main suite does not function.
The fireplace in the living room is off-limits.
A fee will be assessed if the pool card is lost or stolen.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
