Settling in:

-While sheets and pillows are provided you can save money by bringing towels or we can recommend a service that will drop off and pick up towels for your stay. Please note that this would need to be arranged the week prior to your stay.
-We are happy to provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels dish soap and a sponge upon arrival. Please consider packing extra or purchasing when you grocery shop. We are happy to supply kitchen trash bags and dishwasher tablets.
- We know that bugs are not on your guest list, but every now and then one may wander in. While we do get regular pest treatments, don’t offer refunds for unexpected bug appearances, if it seems like you keep seeing them in the same place, let us know so we can pass it along to our pest control pros and politely evict them!

*Pet Policy*
We work hard to keep everything clean and tidy, but please note that this is a dog-friendly space. If you have dog allergies, it may not be a good fit for you or your family. Our cleaning team is thorough, but there's a chance a bit of pet hair could get stirred up during cleaning and resettle afterward. Having said that, if you plan on bringing your pup:

We are happy to host them! One friendly dog under 50 lbs is welcome, please select the $75 pet fee to cover their stay.

-We ask that you please pick up after your pet so the space stays clean for everyone. If any 'mess' is left behind, we may need to charge an extra cleaning fee.

-For everyone’s comfort and safety, dogs should stay leashed while outside on the property.

-We know back home your pup may have different rules; but we ask that you please keep them off the couches and beds. If our cleaning team finds that there’s a lot of pet hair on the bedding or mattress covers, an additional $50 cleaning fee per bed may be applied.
