It offers an open floor plan with a large first-floor living space, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and an oversized island with additional seating. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower along with an additional half bath on the first floor and a front privite office space with a desk and queen size sofa(*Linens included) for additional sleeping quarters.
This beautiful home features a first-floor master suite with a king-size bed, flat-screen television, bathroom with dual vanities, oversized walk-in shower and a large walk in closet. Upstairs A bedroom with a queen-size bed and a flat-screen television. In addition, there is another bedroom with a queen-size bed and flat-screen television. There is one full-size bath with shower/tub combinations on the second floor as well. The second-floor living space the upstairs loft provides additional space for watching movies and playing games and comes with two full size trundle beds for additional sleeping.
*Linens included and beds made for the 3 main Bedrooms(If need sofa or trundle beds bring linens) We also include all soaps needed, Towels and wash cloths, We love our guests:)

There is a large community pool, billiards, sauna, clubhouse, and beach shuttle all located within a few hundred feet of the property. Amenity passes will be $35 per person for the week (subject to change by the Community and not all amenities may be available per Community's discretion). It is also necessary to rent a key fob for the week of $75 for the family.
