Blue Haven is in a newer beach community (Spring 2021) near Bethany Beach/ near the town of Ocean View /very close to the bay and beach - cottage style home on stilts, with an open floor plan with great room and first floor master! You will love being within walking distance to James Farm Ecological Preserve for a morning walk. Just a short drive to the Indian River Inlet State Park (amazing beaches and surfing at the North Inlet), and a short drive to downtown Bethany Beach.
The home was completed in May 2021. The neighborhood is a quaint beach cottage community, 19 single family homes on stilts with a nice beach vibe. The neighborhood is great for families and individuals.

The Cedar Neck area of Ocean View has that old-time feeling from beach neighborhoods of years ago. The local neighborhood grocery store, quiet streets, and the neighboring James Farm Ecological Preserve offer a haven for your family that is only minutes from the Bethany Beach boardwalk.
Blue Haven may remind you of that old beach house you visited as a child, but it is a thoroughly modern update of the style. Elevated on sturdy pilings with plenty of covered guest parking and amenities such as decks and a screened in porch! Settle into a wonderful family retreat at the beach.
