The space
This home was built in the 80's with a modern touch to it.

LIVING ROOM is equipped with an entry way station that allows guests to store their keys, coats and neatly tuck away their shoes where they don't have to worry about tracking in dirt, bacteria and things in that nature. Enjoy a 58" big screen t.v. with Roku with access to a plethora of entertainment platforms, which includes sling t.v, netflix and more.

KITHCHEN is fully equipped with utensils, plates, coffee cups, dishes, dishwashing soap, paper towles, trash bags, and all standard appliances and cookware. A Keurig is also included for coffee and tea lovers.

BEDROOMS are equipped with a 40" t.v. with Roku. The second guest bedroom has a full over full bunkbed equipped with a dual USB charging station for convenience that sleeps 4 guests. The room also includes a unique work station. The masterbedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom.

BACKYARD has plenty of trees that offers shade and serenity. Equipped with concrete walkways that leads to the front of the house. A single soccer goal and a basketball goal is included for the family to practice their skillset.
Other things to note
This cozy home is located about a mile from the interstate and is near multiple gas stations and restaurants. Choices of restaurants are Denny’s, Waffle House, Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Mexican, Japanese, seafood and many more. If that doesn’t fit your tastebud, Biloxi and D’Iberville are just an exit away. It is 2.5 miles from downtown Ocean Springs where the city usually host festivities on the weekend, including art shows and other events. Ocean Springs Front Beach is about the same distance as downtown Ocean Springs and Biloxi Beach and Casinos are about a 5 mile drive. Not to mention if you are traveling for military, Keesler AFB (5 miles) CRTC Air National Guard Base and the Navy Seabee base (15 miles) isn't too far.
